Find your bank

Pick your bank for a tailored guide to importing its CSV into QuickBooks. Don't see it? The converter works with any bank's export.

How bank-specific conversion works

Most banks export transactions only as CSV or Excel, and QuickBooks rejects or mangles those files when the columns, dates, or debit/credit layout do not match what it expects. Each guide below shows the export format for that bank and how to turn it into a .QBO file QuickBooks imports first try, including the routing number where it helps QuickBooks Desktop.
